Trump is still not a felon. He hasn’t been “sentenced.” And until he is sentenced there is no “entry of judgment” in NY cases. With no entry of judgment, his verdict is not entered, on the court records, as a conviction.

By the way, his conviction (once he gets sentenced and judgment gets entered) will not withstand the full appeals process.
