The accounting firm must of been in on it.

But Trump’s accountants are far from bystanders in the matters under scrutiny — or in the rise of Trump. Over a span of decades, they have played two critical, but discordant, roles for Trump. One is common for an accounting firm: to help him pay the smallest amount of taxes possible. The second is not common at all: to help him appear to the world to be rich beyond imagining. That sometimes requires creating precisely the opposite impression of what’s in his tax filings.
when you have something intelligent to say, let us know.....easy to believe you read FAKE news on a daily basis, and, unfortunetly, you believe it w/out any TRUTH behind it
Let him show his taxes to disprove it.
let the duchebag pill-osi, the drunk, show its taxes, but you would have a problem w/that, because the evil demoncrats didnt program that into your head...just hatred...you are sick

It's all exactly what we expected, at least those of us who can think clearly.

He squandered the $300,000,000 to $400,000,000 he got from Daddy by the year 2000. Since then he's been living off Deutsche Bank loans and IRS refunds and pretending he was a great businessman. Meanwhile, those businesses were losing billions and he was staying afloat by churning the numbers, moving the pieces around.

There is no surprise here. None.
"He squandered the $300,000,000 to $400,000,000 ......"

Yeah.....what a loser. He squandered $400,000,000 and only wound up as # 339 on the Forbes Billionaire list with $2.5 Billion.

Wow.....I can't believe my parents and my teachers ALL lied to me. They always told me I should strive to be a success in life. I wish they would have told me to be a massive loser, you know....Like Donald J Trump.

For years, Donald J Trump worked to maintain his facade as a hugely successful business mogul, implying since he was so successful, he ought to be able to run America too. Recently released tax returns spells out in black and white just how big a failure Donald Trump really is. Mr. Trump is drowning in crushing debt. He struggles to pay his bills, with many millions of $$ more are coming due to his creditors very soon.

How are Trump supporters going to react on election day as they now find out the "successful businessman" they voted for is one of the biggest business failures of all time??

Donald Trump - a massive business failure

Really? #339 on the Forbes list of Billionaires with a worth of $2.5 Billion.

"...... one of the biggest business failures of all time?? " Really?

I hope and pray I can be as big a failure as he is someday.

How do you make it through the day with your TDS blinding you to reality?

If true this is most unfortunate but I believe every American deserves corroboration and not plain belief of a newspaper story designed to garner eyeballs.
Okay. Here's how we can get Corroboration. Trump can release his tax returns like he's been promising to do for five years now. Like everyone else who has run for President since the 1970's has done.
Trump has declared the Times story “Fake News”

All he has to do is release anything in his tax returns from the last ten years to prove the Times is wrong.

He won’t do it.
How would his personal tax returns reflect the success and or failures of his corporate ventures? Please explain this one to me. Do Jamie Dimons PITRs explain how well or poorly JPMC has done the last 10 yrs?
His personal tax returns would prove the Times story is fake news.
Even if he released a part of a return showing the Times is making it up, he could humiliate the proud news organization.

He won’t do it because the Times is correct
True or false, we do not believe the New York Times. To many fabricated stories and lies with a one sided vengeance.
The New York Times has made Trumps tax returns available for review.

Trump refuses to prove them wrong, he wants us to take his word on it.
If he paid little or nothing. The tax laws gave him the opportunity. Biden has been around for near a half century. He has his tentacles in the tax codes. Ask him. Am I supposed to care when to me there is very little the Repubs could put up and win as we are heading into a much poorer and impoverished nation that will have socialism. Which means we will have dictators.

So tell us commies, how many tax deductions do you forego to pay more in federal taxes? No one I know would do such a thing, why would Trump?

.
I am only eligible for two or three tax deductions.
I cannot even itemize my deductions anymore thanks to Trump

What do I have to do to qualify to pay only $750 in taxes?

I have a feeling, after seeing his taxes, that Forbes will downgrade his worth

Not that it matters or is relevant, but according to Wikipedia, it is ".... based on their documented assets and accounting for debt and other factors."

If you have some earth shattering FACTUAL documentation that materially contradicts the widely recognized authoritative list of Billionaires, put up or shut up.

They ask the subjects. The accounting firms of the subjects provide proprietary information that could come from anywhere.

Look, I know you have to defend the buffoon to whom you have sold your soul. I'm not trying to convince you of anything.

You've been conned. I don't know whether you realize it yet.

I've been conned? Oh, that's rich coming from you. Let's say that I have been conned.....I'm not worried, because someone who has been conned usually eventually figures that out and makes adjustments to their thinking. You my poor soul, have been brainwashed. There's NO coming back from that. You are immured with your warped, misguided ideals.

^^^ now you know why the NY Times published the spin job story. Instead Trump can call fake news on this nonsense and continue to flip the left the bird on releasing his tax returns.
Trump was never releasing his tax returns... And now we know why. He owes 300 Million to God knows who and has $100 million in tax liability.

Last week it was reported that the Democrats' lockdown forced businesses closures in the name of COVID-19resulted in 46% of ALL black-owned small businesses in the United States being eliminated, 31% of ALL Latino-owned businesses in the US, 26% of ALL Asian-owned small businesses, and 24% of ALL women-owned small businesses in the United States to be wiped out.

These are the democrats who oversaw much higher unemployment as they could find any way to bring manufacturing jobs back from overseas....just how to drive them overseas.

In 36 months President Trump achieved successes Presidents have not experienced in DECADES, some NEVER before achieved. Recorded, reported, certified fact...as opposed to 40+ years of being able to do anything except make himself and his family rich.
