In March 2020, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer criticized Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, warning of the consequences of their decisions on abortion. The remarks have since resurfaced as the Trump administration, led by United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Ed Martin, seeks clarification on the statements. Following President Donald Trump’s inauguration, Martin addressed Schumer's comments, noting that they would not be overlooked.

At the time, Schumer stated, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch! I want to tell you, Kavanaugh! You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions," later adding, “You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.”

Martin wrote, “We take threats against public officials very seriously. I look forward to your cooperation with my letter of inquiry after request.”

Schumer should be investigated for inciting violence.
Justices Kavanaugh had a real threat by a left wing knuttjob named Nicholas John Roske who was plotting to harm Kavanaugh in 2022.
Schumer is a loose cannon.

I remember back several years when Bernie Sanders was calling for a revolution and one of his followers went to the Capital and actually shot up Republicans. But, that was overlooked by the democrat deep state and Trump was accused of inciting Jan 6th protesters and was even going to be charged with it. For them, justice only works one way.
