DOJ is readying a “massive” case against Obama

Soo...has anything happened yet? No? That's surprising. Oh well.

So what's the next unsubstantiated bullshit that birthers will try to push?

What a chickensh*t you are! I asked you what your position is toward the Obama and Trump administration persecution of WikiLeaks ... and you — who claim to be a “libertarian radical” — refuse to answer. Instead, like any rightwing authoritarian, you counter with more slander ... calling me “Comrade Pot.”

Authoritarianism is a leftist ideology - that is in your lap, Comrade. The point is that your views are contrary to everything Paine supported, though entirely consistent with Pol Pot and other leftist despots.

I’ll bet you’re so stupid you don’t even know that after the Vietnamese — at great sacrifice — overthrew the genocidal Pol Pot government, Vietnam was invaded by new American ally China for this “crime” in 1979. Yes, it was the U.S. government and Communist China that together opposed this life-saving Vietnamese action, and supported the Pol Pot remnant army “government in the jungle” for almost a decade, a period after its crimes were public knowledge. The U.S. continued to recognize its front group representatives at the United Nations throughout the Reagan years.

Yes, the great Ho Chi Minh, how you love and praise him. :lmao:

So the genocidal Ho invaded and destroyed the genocidal Pot..

China has never been the ally of America, you Communists are always pathological liars. Further, China supported Pol Pot, no doubt. And Vietnam was a client state of the USSR. Ho saw Cambodia as easy pickings, and frankly there are 1500 years of bad blood between Vietnam which was traditionally enslaved by the Khmer, and Cambodia. There was nothing "heroic" about what Russia and Ho did, they were seeking to conquer a neighbor, nothing more.

You are an idiot, Uncensored2008, continuing to prove you know nothing whatever about this history....

HoChiMinh died in 1969, almost ten years before the Vietnamese invasion and take-down of Pol Pot’s regime! Your misunderstanding of the Vietnamese national liberation struggle, and of both the Russian and Vietnamese, as well as Chinese and American (and French and Japanese and Cambodian) roles in this tragic struggle ... is vast.

[Of course all this is off topic, so we should close this discussion here. There is a recent “History Forum” discussion about Vietnam you may want to join.]

we know as established fact that Burisma was one of several companies Hillary Clinton set up as a money laundering and embezzlement scheme to siphon millions of dollars from US Taxpayers into the pockets of well connected looters using their children as mules.

Trump Tower June '16 was Trump's fault. Having Flynn tell the Russians to relax, they'd go easy on the sanctions once Trump was installed, was Trump's fault. Being up to his neck in money laundering deals with Russians in Manhattan was Trump's fault.
It wasn't NSA's fault, or Obama's fault, or Comey's fault or Sessions' fault, or the media's fault, or any one else he can think to blame for it.

So now it's "Let's put all those people who did their job to protect America in jail." Third world shithole thinking, is what that is. All to defend the enormous ego of Donald Trump.
There isn't a shred of evidenced that Trump laundered any Russian money, moron. You also don't have a clue what Flynn discussed with Kislyak. Even if he did say what you claim, Trump is free to set whatever policy he likes with the Russians. It's not a crime.

Nah, he doesn't launder money for the Russians.

Florida's real estate market is in the dumper in 2008 and then this happens:

""""In July 2008, Donald Trump undertook one of his most infamous transactions. He sold a mansion in Palm Beach for $95 million to Dmitry Rybolovlev, Russian oligarch and billionaire. Trump had purchased it four years earlier for $41.35 million. The sale price was nearly $54 million more than Trump had paid for the property, even though he had made only modest improvements in it.""""

So anyone who sold this guy anything was guilty of money laundering? To prove money laundering you would have to prove that the money was obtained by breaking US laws, and that Trump knew that the money was illegal. There isn't any evidence for either proposition.

Try again.

And what I posted is just the tip of the iceberg.
Why do you think Trump doesn't want to release his tax returns?
It's no coincidence that Putin and Trump both have bank accounts with Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt.
None at all.

What you posted is nothing. When you post something, I'll let you know. Until then, it's just TDS blather.

GFY.
Oh no...go follow your herd. You're falling behind.

Glenn Simpson, the co-founder of Fusion GPS, had dinner with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya both the day before and the day after she met with Donald Trump, Jr. at Trump Tower on June 9, 2016.
Yeah, they were involved in the same case that was at trial at the time. Remember, she was in the country to represent that case. You think she was going to tell an American she was just at a meeting to give Russian secrets to a Presidential campaign? The other "dinner" was a cocktails and formal dinner for a big crowd and they didn't even sit near each other.
We've been through this.

Trump's case blocking subpoenas to Deutsch bank for his financial records was just heard this week before the Supreme Court. We won't know for a couple months how they decide. You proved exactly nothing. What does "he turned toxic" to the lenders in New York mean? Is that a quality that can be quantified? Of course his credit wasn't as good after a bankruptcy. Would yours be? That's not a crime, moron. It's just an obstacle he faced.

Unless you can prove something criminal about his relationship with Deutsche Bank you're barking at the moon.

What "precedent" is that? Without a criminal investigation, why should Congress be entitled to his bank records? This is just another fishing expedition, and everyone knows it.

How is Trump "draining the Swamp". Firing those who criticize you or disagree with you isn't "draining the Swamp". In fact it's the direct opposite of "draining the swamp". Of course we all know that Trump is always wanting to hear dissenting views, and new ideas. Hence the right wing attacks on the scientists who try to correct Trump's disinformation and bad ideas.
Trump has every right to demand loyalty. If they aren't loyal, he can get rid of them at the same time that he's draining the swamp.
No. The president does not get to administer a loyalty test in the US. That's something you might find in China or Russia though.

That's a point, and the Court may determine Congress had no business asking. But that's not the major question before the court. What Trump has asserted is 100% blanket immunity from ANY investigation, personal or Presidential, as long as he's President. The only way he will cooperate is if he is being impeached. Of course, he refused to allow witnesses to testify then, too.

Maybe it is a fishing expedition, but no one can get EVIDENCE of crimes he's committed without having access to his financial records. Which he is withholding.

If they're fishing, my guess is they're going to catch a big one. Of course, starting so late, the Congress is going to have all this stuff in their briefcase just about the time Trump loses the election. I don't know what happens then--does the Congress oversight committee file it away as a dollar short, a day late? There are plenty of prosecutors in New York, though, that don't have that time frame to worry about.

Congress has no authority to conduct personal investigations of Administration employees, or the president. That isn't "oversight." That's just meddling in his personal affairs. You TDS morons will do anything to get Trump, no matter how sleazy and dishonest.

Congress has no authority to conduct personal investigations of Administration employees, or the president.
What the fuck were they doing when the investigated Clinton's blow job?
They didn't, dumbass. Clinton was sued by a private citizen. In the course of that lawsuit he committed perjury and obstruction of justice. The special prosecutor was an administration employee, not an employee of Congress.

Good point. But I still fail to see how the House can be tasked with the authority of impeachment without being able to investigate the "high crimes and misdemeanors" they can impeach him for. It's implicit. If a President were suspected of, lets say, murder, what the President is saying is that he cannot be investigated during his time in office for that, either. He can close the door on the police, the Congress, whomever. That's not going to be a winning strategy, and the Supreme Court justices didn't like it, either.

It's coming. Justice is finally coming. Those in the Obama administration who committed illegal acts should expect indictments their names on them.

---Joseph diGenova says DOJ is readying a “massive” case against Obama administration officials: “There's a conspiracy indictment coming down the track”...And you realize that everybody at the senior FBI and DOJ levels was in on it. ...What Obama did in that office was sedition on that day.---
