DOGE has been a dream of Conservatives and Libertarians for decades.

When I was younger and trusting and naive, I was delighted that Dubya came in with Congressional majorities. I was SURE the Department of Education would be ended.

Donā€™t laugh.

Today Trump and DOGE officially ended the ā€œkicking the can down the roadā€ approach to government spending.

This couldnā€™t have been done even during Trumpā€™s first term. It only became practical after a unique set of circumstances:
  • i) the Progressives exposed their hatred for American norms and values via lawfare during Trumps semester off,
  • ii) Illegal alien invaders are treated like royalty ā€” and Americans are footing the bill! Inflation is the cost of the Invasion
  • iii) since we no longer know American history and Silent Cal Coolidge, we must thank Javier Milei for showing the right way to handle Progressive designed to fail economics, and
  • iv) overturning the first rock at USAID uncovered a MASSIVE criminal enterprise that has been the lifeblood of democrats and RINOS.
Itā€™s very early on but make no mistake, there are many in government in both Parties who have made their fortunes selling America into debt slavery

It has to be done. I advised and warned Canadian officials 20 years ago. I know history fairly well but more than that, I am a deep thinker, one who tries to creatively solve problems even BEFORE they become a reality. It's why I was quietly speaking in 2003 about the risk that China raised for the West when in my MBA I read a book about their unmatched ascension. While the rocket scientists around me and the linear thinking profs were salivating over Chinas rise and Americas decline, I was quite worried.

On the subway home as I read this book (which I still own) admiring Chinas expansion, I repeated to myself many times across numerous pages, "this is not good for us". "Us", meaning Canada and more broadly the West. I take nothing away from China, a resourceful people. I cannot and will not ever fully accept the communist system regardless of which great nation it resides. Give credit to the MSS for their vision, they've fooled so many into hurting their own self-interests.

Thus, if America becomes insolvent, the West will immediately be thrown into the chaos of danger from foreign powers. Furthermore, Canada in particular would be at great risk for a multitude of reasons. It would be a rapid decline with no brakes. The short-sighted in Canada don't see this and the old guard refuse to accept the best path forward as it would dilute their stranglehold which helps no one but them and their families.

Better that this is dealt with now and cement Trumps legacy in the process than face real consequences down the road. He can then choose to endorse the next president who will give a damn about Americas future both fiscally and otherwise as his administration did if DOGE succeeds..

We have to watch our own budgets.
Government should have to do the same.

The Continuing Resolution crap really needs to end, and officials need to be held accountable for spending beyond revenue.

I found it quite alarming that Bidenism expects us to report everything over $600, but now corrupt officials think we don't have the right to see how they are spending our confiscated wages.

They really think it's their money.

Tar and feathering political parasites needs a major comeback.

I put us at the stage of the Whoā€™s in Whoville the morning after the Grinch stole all our presents

We still come out and sing praises of gratitude to the Lord and Creator for all of our blessings

DOGE means Musk gets richer and real authentic Americans who were born here get poorer.
