My favorite GOP argument is that if you take all the money from the top 10% and use it to take care of the rest of the country, it wouldn't be enough.
An argument they used for decades that I haven't heard much of lately.

Course, the answer is another question. If all the money from the top 10% isn't enough, then who thinks "trickle down" would work?
