Scott Statement on the Equal Rights Amendment

Except the time to ratify that amendment ran out in 1982.

Now, Congress COULD vote to accept the ratificaiton of the amendment by extending the time frame again, and frankly, that's what they should do.

Post what you are babbling about or shut up.

YOu say that like they are bad things.

Women shouldn't get preferential treatment in divorce

Women's sports are a joke. If there weren't big bags of Title IX money lying around, no one would care.

As for bathrooms.... Give them stalls with locks on the door, problem solved.

They are to many people, some of whom support the ERA.

And they don't realize the negative impacts it would have.

You get off on men in women's restrooms, that's your fetish, not everyone else's.
I just can't get worked up about a non-issue like you guys do.

I promise you, every woman in this country has probably shared a bathroom with a transgendered woman and never even knew it.

You are a sociopath. All you care about is you.

You feel the world has wronged you. I think you will die happy if society collapses just as you take your last breath.

We already have the 19th Amendment...That covers it.

'The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.'

That says it all.
It's the 14th that already establishes equal protection under the law.

Society isn't going to collapse because a tranny peed in the lady's room.
It also wont collapse if everyone just uses the bathroom that corresponds with their sex. There's a reason bathrooms are divided and it has little to nothing to do with your feelings.

Divided bathrooms are actually a fairly recent thing. Everyone peed in the same bathrooms prior to the 1890s.

Society got along just fine with unisex bathrooms (or privies, as they were called back then.)

It's stupid to deny women equal treatment under the law and then say, "But you don't have to pee next to a tranny, so be happy with your 86% earnings!"

Except it really doesn't.
Except that it does. There's nothing in the 14th amendment that would allow the government to enforce a law differently for one person vs another based on anything, including their sex, gender, eye color, foot size, or any other immutable or immutable characteristic.
As demonstrated by the fact that women only make 83% of what men make.

This claim has been debunked so many times it's laughable.
