or are you "anti medication"?

I have 2 things I take daily (but don't HAVE to)

Don't you have anything better to do than start threads like this?

Yep, sometimes, and when I do I'm not here....
That's funny coming from the consummate thread starter!

No pills. I have no allergies or chronic health issues.

I have some poison oak on my legs. Treating it with a paste of apple cider vinegar and bentonite clay. I have bruised ribs, so I'm smoking ganja.

I don't think I have had poison ivy/poison oak since I was 5. We always used this pink lotion (calamine?)

I don't get poison ivy. I can walk right through it and I don't get it. I even picked it where it was growing on a tree once . . . nothing.

I got pretty aggressive with the poison oak, clearing it on a hot day with a hedge trimmer in just shorts and t-shirt. Sort of testing my resistance.

I guess you don't have a resistance to it, huh? :D I've never had poison oak. I have had poison ivy in the past, but at most just a couple of little itchy bumps that cleared up within a couple of days. I've seen people COVERED in it who actually go to the hospital to get a shot of Benadryl.

lisinopril
HCTZ
Atenonol
Levothyroxine
All high blood pressure stuff and thyroid crap...spelled wrong too but oh fucking well.
1 vicodin at night when I go to bed
1 melatonin just as I get in bed

Ma gave me a high tolerance for pain gene, thankfully. I deal with it all day, nap when it gets really bad, wait til bedtime so I can get my rest and sleep for the next days onslaught of pain. Some days...I take a vicodin during the day if I am suffering a flare up...and on truly bad days...I eat somebody here at usmb.

I don't take any daily medication. I reluctantly take Excedrin for frequent headaches, but other than that I'm pretty drug-free.

It's pretty much gone now, the poison oak.
A few days of annoyance. The body heals itself if u let it.
Now my resistance should be boosted. But, no more sweaty wrestling matches with that plant without taking precautions, like gloves, pants and long sleeves.

did you get it on any uh sensitive areas????? :(

glad it is almost gone - that had to be miserable.....
