A job doesn’t become more attractive because there’s no one to fill it. The job is unattractive because it’s difficult and low skill/low wage.

But if the choice is starve or work at an unfulfilling job, nearly everyone will take the job. When social benefits exceed the income generated by low-paying jobs, people will choose not to work and live off the dole. Total welfare benefits including section eight housing should amount to slightly less than working a minimum wage job full time.

Post #58 describes an internal problem in a foreign country. This is not our problem and we can't take every refugee from third world countries.

Citizens of poverty and corruption-plagued Central and South American countries need to step up and do something about their own problems. I take issue with those who would not address the problems in their own countries but would come here illegally and not pay taxes, the revenue of which we can use to address our own problems here.

Um, no. I don't know where you get this from but the general attitude of conservatives regarding this issue is that no one is entitled to a living wage, not that they're not supposed to receive a living wage. And certainly no one said they're supposed to live in poverty.

If you close the border and start sending thousands of illegals home, the flood will slow,
it may even reverse. Repeating Biden's failures sure won't help anything.

Those people that are rapists, gangs, murderers and more likely to continue coming here no matter what Trump does as those have the money, the contacts, and the higher ability to pay to come here. It is the poor and the families that will not have the inability to overcome the obstacles that Trump will place.

On top of that, statistics show clearly that there is more gangs, more raping, and more murdering done (per thousand) by Americans than by illegals.

You do know that raping, murdering, drugs, gangs, etc., are traits found in humans in general (not only in illegal aliens), meaning that per thousand, that scenario will not change.
