Actually you may want to rethink that, he was breaking the law everyday! And yet spent the next 20 years following the law.
They responded to polls in their home states. Calling that "bipartisan opposition" to Hegseth is absurd.Hey, 3 Republicans voted against the Hegseth confirmation, can you explain why, for such an obvious choice for a supporter of Trump?
Your party needs to run as far as it can and as fast as it can away from the failed policies that we saw implemented in the last four years.I know the party is on the run, but retreat is often the best course of action, so that you can fight again in the future
If they wants jobs, they’d have jobs. Deporting illegal immigrants doesn’t change that.

A job doesn’t become more attractive because there’s no one to fill it. The job is unattractive because it’s difficult and low skill/low wage.Sure it does. The unfilled jobs would become more attractive as the demand for labor increases. Couple that with cutting subsidies that afford able bodied people the ability not to work, and we have a win/win.
Stole the land from who? The group of indians that controlled it at that time? Or the ones that ruled it before them? Or before them? Or the ones that had it stolen first?Hypocrisy since the whole US is mostly illegal immigrants from Europe who simply murdered the natives in order to steal their land.

Was the business owner arrested for hiring someone here illegally?
So it’s not really about illegal immigrants, it’s just about these mythical welfare programs that you pretend you’re going to cut.You would be amazed what people will do when faced with the deli an of not feeding their families or having a roof over their heads. Americans that choose not to do these jobs would suddenly be very interested if the gravy train was slowed down. Currently, there is no need because people from other countries with no such gravy train come here to do those jobs and Americans are provided incentives NOT to work. If bleeding heart, idealistic Democrats have their way, illegal immigrants and asylum seekers will follow suit once they realize that they don’t have to work either. What do we do then?
So it’s not really about illegal immigrants, it’s just about these mythical welfare programs that you pretend you’re going to cut.
Seems like a bait and switch.
It’s a fantasy. You’d be amazed a what people will do to not work when they don’t want to.
Here in this video is a Guatemalan man that was deported this week. This man was here in the U.S. illegally but he has been here for 19 years and he is married and has 2 children, one of which is 4 months old.
Imagine the consequences that his family is now going to suffer.
Is this Justice? Is this who we are now?
I stated what the problem the world is having. I did not state my position on it.This applies to 100’s of millions, if not billions, of people world wide. Do we let them all come and go as they please or do you think we must have some limits?
You’re on record her repeatedly saying Americans are largely stupid. What was that about “soft bigotry” directed towards Americans?
Again, they don’t want to work. Wow, imagine that. They would rather stay home watching the View, eating Cheetos, in the warmth of their government provided shelters. Do you think the illegals and immigrants that come here WANT to work or do you think they do so out of necessity?
You are entitled to your opinion but not to your own facts. As the old adage goes, a liberal’s heart is much larger than their brain.
I stated what the problem the world is having. I did not state my position on it.
This is a problem that no administration has been able to resolve for 50 years. It is a difficult problem as we are supposed to be a Democracy and not an Autocracy.
Definitely, we need to have some limits and to a certain degree we do have them. The problem that continues to happen is that the parties can't seem to agree on them and institute them as they are. In addition, there is the humanity issue. Do we throw away our humanity or hold on to it, given that for centuries we have been the leaders of humanity.
I do not have a clear answer other than ask the parties to come to a compromise resolution that we can all live with.
You’re on record her repeatedly saying Americans are largely stupid.
There are not millions of people sitting on welfare the are going to step into the jobs vacated by illegal immigrants. This is a fantasy.
These jobs will go infilled. That will cause businesses to contract and close. That will result in lost jobs for middle class Americans.
This policy is all emotion and no logic.
And I’m saying that any low skill American that needs a job already has a job.Quite the opposite. Using your logic, poor people from other countries will do what they need to do in order to feed their families and yet Americans won’t. If that is the case, why? Think.
And I’m saying that any low skill American that needs a job already has a job.
I don’t think there’s tons of people waiting to fill these jobs. They just don’t exist. You invented them to justify deportations because you want deportations. Just like you invented the idea that there’s some massive welfare state that hasn’t existed since before Clinton and you invented a policy platform to get rid of the welfare that doesn’t really exist.
It’s a fantasy.
