Well, Biden sure is proving you right on that. The left continue taking democracy away day by day. I was thinking about posting a thread about the recent Supreme Court hearings where it looks like they will rule that the government cannot become a dictatorship through the Chevron doctrine, which is what they have been doing. It's about time that we stopped government from dictating to us and they are just found automatically right in anything and everything they do, no questions asked.

Yes, it is much, much better to have 9 people appointed to lifetime jobs with no oversight or rules to follow as our dictators than people we can actually vote out of office.

I am sure you are happy with it when the right has a majority on the court, but that will swing back one day and then you will be whining about them.

No he didn't. He didn't even represent peace in his own country.
Of course he did. The first president in decades to start no new hostilities deserved it more than somebody who did literally nothing to earn it.

Which is a 100% political process and if the POTUS in power has his party in control of Congress they are now 100% above the law.

If it gets bad enough for a president to gun down people and his party supports it, it's time to man the Barricades anyway.

that is probably the only thing a party would not support in this day and age

Of course not.

"Put anther way, in the language of today: President Trump is still liable for everything he did while he was in office, as an ordinary citizen, unless the statute of limitations has run, still liable for everything he did while in office, didn't get away with anything yet – yet.

We have a criminal justice system in this country. We have civil litigation. And former presidents are not immune from being held accountable by either one."
Mitch McConnell
Unless of course your an American hating democrats like Obama. Clinton or Biden. They get a free pass...

A president of the United States must have full immunity, without which it would be impossible for him/her to properly function. Any mistake, even if well intended, would be met with almost certain indictment by the opposing party at term end. Even events that 'cross the line' must fall under total immunity, or it will be years of trauma trying to determine good from bad.

**** NO!!!

Depends on the party label and if one is doing bidding for the deep state.
