Owners of dogs that bark make more mad than the dogs themselves.

I hate owners of dogs that don't give a shit about anybody and let dogs bark.

It's not the dogs fault it's always the stupid owners fault.

Agree…and I also get annoyed at people who don’t clean up after their dogs…it makes harder on the rest of us when we want to take our dogs places.
