Yeah, pretty much, or it's in the process of doing so.

Diversity is great and good and valuable when it's under the banner of being an American, when we recognize that our ethnicity is secondary. It's when we began to hyphenate that we began pulling apart. The momentum in that direction is so strong now that I don't think we can get back to E Pluribus Unum.
