The bottom line is this, how much profit loss with the bean counters at Disney put up with? As long as profits go down, it is unlikely Disney will ride this into the ground. At some point we'll probably start seeing Snow White be white and female again.

They're a corporation that will respond to profit pressures. No company rides a losing proposition into the ground on purpose. If their profits take a hit, look for them to modify their extremist stance.
