All Disney had to do is remain family oriented. And this transformation did not just happen in recent years. Feminism and then extreme feminism ran concurrently with gay and extreme gay agendas. The Philly Inquirer did a several part newspapers expose on Atlantic City decades ago. This was when they were in between being a Democratic paper too liberal to now Progressive Socialist. So, any building of anything that went on was influenced in a huge way y organized crime who controlled unions building the casinos and other things. The Philly mobs controlled Atlantic City until Casinos were approved by the state of New Jersey and then the New York mobs took over. Angelo Bruno the Philly mafia leader was killed as N.Y. took over. The State approve Casinos to look like Las Vegas. High rises with thousands of rooms. A.C. did not end up like that. It ended up with over half the people showing up as day trippers. Mostly senior citizens. Corrupted Unions constructed the Casinos for over twice the price and more than what they should have. Several A.C. mayors went to jail. Casinos legislated with a much lower room potential may have rebuilt the whole town.
