I'm surprise Brown had to do that....

it's already a rule or law that you can not bring up any previous offenses that may have been committed....?

The last jury duty I had, was an alleged domestic violence case... as a juror, I was curious whether he had done this before... but was told basically, it was none of my bees wax, my duty was to listen to the facts presented in this trial for this alleged crime only, and make my decision from that only!
