Your meme reminds me of Robert Service's "The Cremation of Sam McGee"
Please close that door. LOL
My father loved the poems by Service and exposed we children then to his poetry. Thank you since I went to YouTube and listened to it again. I keep wondering however if the cops arrested him thinking he confessed.

I have no problem and no it's not running out of memory, they use a well know server with plenty

could be a traffic issue or USMB is NOT paying for bandwidth, it's a tier system

Earlier this month, I got the "Ran out of bandwidth" type message. I would never use a metered server like this.

pay to play, USBM does not likely have a large war chest but they have stayed afloat for many years

I don't have the time or the inclination at this time but that server runs 7 message boards each one asking for money and all 7 advertise for products and service. If each of the 7 reach their quota for just donations, it's pays handsomely for a Managed VPS Server. Then add the advertising income and there is money left over. They are on a cloudfare system which is not the best in the world. Better to have it on a seperate VPS Managed Server.

I do not push for any one system provider but let's take a look at godaddy.com Managed VPS for 1st 3 year term. It's going to go up but godaddy doesn't say how much. The best price for something like this system (including the other 6 message boards) is:

4 vCPU / 16 GB RAM

$134.99/mo

  • 4 vCPU cores
  • 16 GB RAM
  • 200 GB NVMe SSD Storage
  • Snapshot backups

  • Linux or Windows compatible
  • Dedicated team of experts to fully manage your server
  • 3 additional IPs available upon request

  • Global data centers
What they don't tell you is that although it's listed as unlimited bandwidth it really means "Reasonable Bandwidth". And a message base requires only a fraction of what a video site would. So you should never get a "Ran out of bandwidth" message from a decent Managed VPS even with it running 7 message bases.

This happened a couple months ago and was near the end of the month. Word was they met their limit. I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen in the middle of the month with some big things happening in the news.
