Dinner meal ideas

The woman who tried it got sick of it in the end. But she lost 5 1bs over the weekend. And her cholesterol levels and other issues had lowered substantially.

I am on a low oxalate diet, and the only "safe" foods are animal based. All plants create oxalic acid in all of their parts. So I stick to a few safe vegetable foods.

And eating almost all animal foods does get boring.
