Which is why he is going after people on his enemies list for similar, alleged violations. James and Schiff are both being investigated for "mortgage fraud." Of note, typically charges are only brought......and investigations are only initiated........if there is the kind of fraud trump engaged in involving millions of dollars.
So what has happened here is trump is using control over the apparatus of government to go digging for minor violations by people he seeks revenge against.
