The administration has already said that the country he was deported to was somewhat of a mistake. But, it's important to note a couple of things here...

1. Garcia expressed that he is no longer 'afraid' to be sent to ES.

2. Garcia was already wanted in ES.

3. Garcia was already adjugated by two INS administrative judges to be under order of deportation...Therefore his due process was already given.

4. The narrative the left has concocted and promoted surrounding these people is disgusting, and is driving Democrat polling down...So why double down on it?

And the administration also said that it was no mistake. The lawyer who said it was a mistake was fired for doing so. These guys are fucking lunatics.

No. Expedited removal processes apply to SOME people who are eligible for deportation, but not all. This would apply mainly to people apprehended at the border after just crossing.

And it STILL allows people to access the asylum system.
