It is imprisoning them there, and paying for it, under the guise that we are in a Declared War with Venezuela, under the Alien Enemy Act, so he can skip the due process required under our constitution, until we are no longer in this FAKE declared war made up by Trump, or the Courts, which the case is being contested, gets a final decision from the courts on his made up, declared war pretense to use the Alien Enemies Act.

The administration has already said that the country he was deported to was somewhat of a mistake. But, it's important to note a couple of things here...

1. Garcia expressed that he is no longer 'afraid' to be sent to ES.

2. Garcia was already wanted in ES.

3. Garcia was already adjugated by two INS administrative judges to be under order of deportation...Therefore his due process was already given.

4. The narrative the left has concocted and promoted surrounding these people is disgusting, and is driving Democrat polling down...So why double down on it?
