It is imprisoning them there, and paying for it, under the guise that we are in a Declared War with Venezuela, under the Alien Enemy Act, so he can skip the due process required under our constitution, until we are no longer in this FAKE declared war made up by Trump, or the Courts, which the case is being contested, gets a final decision from the courts on his made up, declared war pretense to use the Alien Enemies Act.

No one can be imprisoned in the USA for a sentence of time, without the due process of a trial, and jury conviction for a crime...even criminals, terrorists, illegals,gang members get a trial before a prison term sentence.
