Lake had her opportunity to present evidence that the printer issue changed the election results. She failed utterly. Those that had voting machine problems had their votes counted by back up means. Or went to a near by polling station with less wait times.

As for the printer settings, she had to prove it was intentional for the purpose of changing the election results. It couldn't have changed the outcome of the election, as they just used the back up means. Nor is there the slightest evidence that someone changed the printer settings into order to change the outcome.
