Thank you for responding. I understand what you are saying.
Please allow me to tell you the facts as I have studied this subject in great detail.
You state that there were no Kings ruling Israel in the days of Jephthah.
May I politely ask you, if I understand you correctly. ?
Are you claiming, saying or suggesting that this statement in the bible is directly regarding the absence of morality and wrongdoings and transgressions, sins and perverted acts of some of the Jews.
Also, would you intend to suggest somehow - that the Bible is saying that because there was no King in Israel that somehow the Israelites getting away with sinning and committing evil acts, due to the fact that there is no King in Israel ?
But the fact is, there were no Kings reigning Israel at any time before Jephthah.
Jephthah himself was elected and chosen to be as a Judge of Israel because he was a righteous, holy and honorable man.
Jdg 12:7 Jephthah judged Israel - for six years.
Jdg 12:8 Ibzan judged Israel - seven years.
Jdg 12:11 Elon judged Israel - ten years.
Jdg 12:13 Abdon judged Israel - eight years.
Jdg 15:20 Samson judged Israel - twenty years.
And there were no Kings, 50 to 70 years after Jephthah. Here are the list of the Judges of Israel.
1. Othniel - 2. Ehud - 3. Shamgar - 4. Deborah - 5. Gideon - 6. Abimelech - 7. Tola - 8. Jair - 9. Jephthah - 10. Ibzan - 11. Elon - 12. Abdon - 13. Samson - 14. Eli - 15. Samuel
During the time of the last judge of Israel who was also a prophet, as " Samuel " he anointed King David King of Israel. BUT, the fact that Israel - now has kings reigning, this does not mean that sin, wickedness and evil and wrongdoings have ceased or diminished in Israel or that anything is any different regarding morality. This has nothing to do with what the manuscripts are saying.
We know that King David slept with another man’s wife, committing adultery, and then proceeded to have the woman’s husband set up to be killed in the war, by appointing him to the front line, where the battle was the hottest area.
We see that - King Saul, began doing very good but in the end he - did evil.
King David - did very evil, early in his reign but repented, he was punished and forgiven and did very good.
After David, about 37 kings reigned in Israel, some who did very good and many who did very evil.
finally in the end - down to King Josiah the 5 th from the last King and Josiah - he did very good.
There were about 42 total kings in Israel BUT “ the last four kings “ following Josiah, they all four - did evil against God. They are Jehoahaz, Jehoiakim, Jehoiachin and Zedekiah who all - did evil.
There were Kings fighting over the throne, Kings fighting against one another and killing one another and Kings worshiping other gods.
You claim that the passages of the bible saying that
“ in those days, when there was no king in Israel “ Is mentioned in the context within the Book of Judges that is explaining that “ because Israel did not have a king, there was great wickedness in the land. “
But let’s look at these passages and see exactly what they are saying.
Jdg_17:6 In those days there was no king in Israel, every man did that which was right in his own eyes.
But this has absolutely nothing to do with the people doing right or wrong in their own views or eyes concerning a moral code of conduct or acts of wickedness or ethical behaviors.
The passage is simply referring to land ownerships, the dividing lines of property between the tribal families and the encroachments and intrusions on a person's territory and rights.
We see the facts - Jdg 19 When there was no king in Israel, a certain Levite was a “ - gêr / meaning a stranger “ sojourning on the side of mount Ephraim, who took to him a concubine out of Bethlehemjudah.
This Hebrew word - sojourning - means that this Levite was traveling in an area where he was a an foreigner, an alien in the land. This same Hebrew word always used concerning the passages referring to the fact that ” there was no king in Israel “
Every single time that you see the phrase - “ in these days, there was no king in Israel “
This is always, without exception being directly used - in every single last one of these verses, in the precise context of explaining in the proceeding storyline - how that these individuals who were living in Israel, were existing, traveling and crossing through regions as strangers, aliens and living as foreigners in a land. Because there was no king to divide the land and set boundaries, borders and protect the Jews from non-Israelites and half breeds and other invaders who would not respect the rights of the Israelites.
This Hebrew word is - H1616 - gêr or ' gare - Meaning = a guest; foreigner: - alien, sojourner, a stranger.
As we see in - Gen 15:13 Abram, thy seed shall be a “ - gêr / stranger “ in a land.
Exo 2:22 Moses named his son - Gershom: saying I was a “ - gêr / stranger “ in a strange land.
Deu 1:16 Order judges to judge right between everyone and the “ - gêr / strangers “ with them.
Gen 23:4 Abraham is a “ - gêr / stranger “ and sojourner, asking for a place to bury his dead wife.
Exo 12:48 Circumcise men who are “ - gêr / strangers “ sojourning with you.
Exo 12:49 Laws applying to the home-born, apply to “ - gêr / strangers “ that sojourneth among you.
Exo 20:10 No work on Sabbath also applies to the “ - gêr / strangers “ within thy gates:
Mal 3:5 Judgments apply for oppressing widows, the fatherless, and “ - gêr / strangers
Exo 23:9 Don’t oppress “ - gêr / strangers “ ye were “ - gêr / strangers “ in the land of Egypt.
This is why it explains directly stating - that - : “ In those days, when there was no king in Israel, CAUSING / CAUSING a certain Levite sojourning as a “ - gêr / stranger “ traveling on the side of mount Ephraim.
This Hebrew word CAUSING is the Hebrew word -H1961 - hâyâh / haw-yaw' - Meaning = To exist, that is, be or become, come to pass (always emphatic, and not a mere copula or auxiliary): - To be (-come, accomplished ), To CAUSE to come (to pass) to follow, happen, X have, last, pertain, quit (one-) self,-- To REQUIRE...
The manuscripts explain that - In those days, when there was no king in Israel, CAUSING / THAT REQUIRED.... a certain Levite to travel where he was sojourning as a “ - gêr / stranger “
The Trinitarians had everything to do with mistranslating most of the bible. They go through the entire bible changing and deleting and removing important words that explain what the message is conveying.
While Trinitarians go about making up alternative storylines to interject their own twisted meaning to every verse.
Again - Jdg 17:6 In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes. :8 And a man departed out of the city from Bethlehemjudah to sojourn as a “ - gêr / stranger “ where he could find a place for himself to live in. He had no place to call home, he was a sojourning “ - gêr / stranger “ looking for a place to live.
:9 And Micah said unto him, where do you come from ? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah, and I go as a “ - gêr / stranger “ where I may find a place to live.
He was homeless. Trinitarians leave all of this out of their perverted translation and seek to twist and manipulate the passage to say an alternative storyline.
Again - Jdg 18:1 In those days there was no king in Israel: and in those days the tribe of the Danites sought them an inheritance to dwell in; for unto that day all their inheritance had not fallen unto them among the tribes of Israel.
Again - “ there was no king in Israel “ the Danites are homeless and seeking, looking for themselves an inheritance or a location to dwell in; all their inheritance, their lands and properties, and belongings had not yet been given unto them among the tribes of Israel.
In Jdg 17:6 it says - In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes. The story directly goes on to explain that a man of the tribe of Judah had no home and was sojourning as a “ - gêr / a stranger “ looking for a place where he could find a place to exist and dwell / live and survive.
there are four verses total in the bible that have this phrase " there was no king in Israel "
The last one occurs during a great war where Israel is taking vengeance upon unknown men who appear to be non-Israelites who had raped and killed a man’s wife.
Benjamin refuses to or is unable to identify and hand over these men probably because they do not know who exactly who the individuals are and Israel goes to war against Benjamin because Benjamin is not concerned or interested in helping to locate and punish these rapist murdering thugs.
Jdg 21 - again uses this phrase “ " In those days there was no king in Israel "
But it has absolutely nothing to do with morality or doing wicked or wrong - doing. Because no one was doing anything wrong.
The context of the phrase is based upon the verses saying :6 And the children of Israel were sorry for Benjamin their brother, and said, There is one tribe cut off from Israel this day.
:17 And they said, There must be an inheritance for them that be escaped of Benjamin, that a tribe be not destroyed out of Israel.
:24 And the children of Israel departed thence at that time, every man to his tribe and to his family, and they went out from thence every man to his inheritance.
Jdg 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.
Trinitarians assume that something was going on in the chapter pertaining to immorality. But men and women of the entire city were set against punishing rapists and murderers and were attempting to protect these villains.
All of the people, even of all the tribes of Israel, asked those of Gibeah to hand over the rapists murdering men who had brutally murdered a woman and they refused. Because the men of Gibeah were just exactly and precisely like the sodomites and did exactly what the sodomites did to Lot and his family.
They gathered in huge crowds and surrounded a man’s home, they were upset, just exactly like Trinitarians would be upset and outraged and furious today that someone like Lot would have a polygamous family member, like Abraham.
They beat on his walls and doors and screamed and shouted just exactly like the Trinitarian beasts would do today, infuriated and raving man, foaming at the mouth that someone would today have a polygamous family member. As Lot’s uncle was polygamous. So they felt they had a duty to rape and abuse, assault and punish his family.
The passage says that they gathered and overwhelmed the house surrounded the home for most of the night. Demanding that the owner of the home give them his male polygamous / plural marriage-minded guest who had concubines, wives and was polygamous. Just as the Sodomites, they demanded that the male polygamous visitor be given to them so that they could rape him and penetrate his orifices to punish him because he was a polygamous man. The Sodomites were the same way. And Trinitarians are exactly the same way.
When the people of Gibeah could not persuade and entice and brainwash or convert the man to accept to the Trinitarian view, that polygamy was so horrible and wretched and that his polygamous Priestly guest deserved to be punished and brutally raped. They then turned on his polygamous wife and violently, madly sexually penetrated and raped and punished and abused her the entire night until they turned her into a bloody pulp of mangled meat. She was internally cut up, stretched open wide and her orifices and organs wallowed out and bruised and broken and bleeding.
The people of Gibeah simply wanted to make a new convert and wanted the man of the house to accept their viewpoint about polygamy. If there was no conversion and no way of convincing the man, then they felt no need to break down his doors and take his guest by force.
So all of Israel, later, gathered together and went to the city and demanded that they turn over these rapists, murdering animals. The entire city of Gibeah refused to comply and proceeded to gather themselves together and then violent attack the rest of Israel who was there simply to find the men who had raped and killed the woman.
Gibeah went to battle against the children of Israel. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
JUST READ THE STORY… !
Jdg 20:21 And the children of Benjamin defending Gibeah - came forth out of Gibeah, and destroyed down to the ground of the Israelites that day twenty and two thousand men.
Gibeah attacked Israel, just for requesting that they hand over their violent rapist murderers.
AND still- still, the rest of Israel did not want to fight and get violent against the people of Gibeah.
Israel began crying and sobbing and were filled with hurt, pain, and sorrow and never wanted to defend themselves and protect themselves with violence.
JUST READ THE STORY… ..
Jdg 20:23 (And the children of Israel went up and wept and CRIED before the LORD until the evening time, and asked counsel of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up again to battle against the children of Benjamin my brother? And the LORD said, Go up against him.)
So the story is nothing like the Trinitarians deceitfully translate in the perverted mistranslations.
Most of the entire translations are completely filled with altered passages where Trinitarians change, delete and alter so many words. This is because they deeply hate, disdain and despise the original message.
This is why it took Trinitarians nearly 2000 years after Yahoshua just to put the bible into any other language but Latin alone… This is why the Latin is a dead language today because they never translated the Bible. They perverted the Bible and refused to translate it to another language while terrorizing, killing, burning people alive and tormenting and persecuting anyone who translated the Bible in another language. So the Latin needed to die, to hide their perverted translation and to keep the religion in a language that was controlled and manipulated to the point of destroying the Latin language in order to destroy the idea of others possessing bibles that they themselves could read. - Without the Trinitarian governments and authorities dictating what they demanded and violently announced about scriptures meanings.
Just remember
Jdg 12:2 And Jephthah said unto them, I and my people were at great strife with the children of Ammon; and when I called you, ye delivered me not out of their hands. AGAIN the Ephraimites attacked Jephthah. Surrounded his home and threatened to burn it down and kill him.
Jephthah defended himself and took care of business the way the business of war is supposed to be conducted. He did not have the ability to make thousands upon thousands of chains and bars and prisons and surveillance cameras and satellite imaging in space to protect him and his family. War was the only option. And in the real war you take every single last one of the enemy and completely wipe them out completely. All it takes is one person of the enemy to later hunt you down and murder you or your entire family.
But in the Trinitarian mind, Jephthah should have called a Canaanite pope figure to defend him and interoperate and translate his narratives and communications. The Canaanite Popes are worthless. The Popes / Pimps / Kings of Canaan - always leave their enemies an easy out and never complete the victory against enemies from which whom they all have other like / common enemies with. So that they can use their enemies later to destroy their biggest and most hated enemy. This enemy is the true bible believing Christians, the Jews and the true manuscripts.
The idea of having Kings of Israel was to provide defendable borders to Israel where one man and his office could decide where the borders existed and the Jews would not be in confusion concerning the borders and be “ - gêr / stranger “ , aliens, traveling from place to place homeless and confused about where their land and homes were in a total mass of un - organized confusion. This is all the verse is referring to. - There was no King in Israel to finalize and decide the inheritance, lands, borders, properties and rights and civil liberties for the citizens of Israel.
No one was acting Immoral or wicked concerning the reference of the passages unless you are reading from a Trinitarian mistranslation.
