Then the judge asked if he received any information or evidence from them that they aren't sharing with defense counsel (because of discovery which was the only real issue there because the prosecutors can meet with whoever the fuck they feel like). He said no and that was that. The judge told the defense the issue was tabled until they presented any evidence otherwise and then everyone went on with their day.

That's how February's hearing will go. This dipshit lawyer presented this motion without any supporting evidence. To be clear on what constitutes actual evidence it doesn't matter at all if they're dating. There's nothing illegal or improper for two lawyers from the same side dating. Maybe if they were on opposite sides you'd have an actual point but the fact that two lawyers on the same side are dating doesn't mean shit, legally speaking. The issue of whether he is qualified has nothing to do with your opinion about his experience, it has to do with whether or not he's licensed to practice law in Georgia. He appears to be and that's all the law cares about in terms of qualifications. That brings us to mismanagement of public funds and monetary gain. To address that the court can look at whether or not he over billed or got paid for work he didn't do (what he does with the money he earns isn't at all a legal issue, he can fly himself and Fani first class around the world if wants to). He's paid the same as the other two special prosecutors so no over billing there and he seems to be showing up for hearings. I saw him there Friday so he is putting in work. 1. There are 14+ prior SC rulings, all affirming Roe v. Wade.

2. In overturning established precedent, the Justices are supposed to weigh to what extent those who rely on this precedent, may be harmed by overturning it. That criteria was not followed, and the harms that have following overturning this precedent, are that the maternal death rate in pregnancy and childbirth has doubled in states which have effectively banned abortion.

3. Furthermore, the 3 Justices appointed by Trump lied to the Senate when they said they would respect established precedent. And all three confirmed that Roe is established precedent at their confirmation Hearings.

This is not the same thing at all.
