I guess you have a different definition of “doing something” than me.
Sometimes doing something isn't about the end result, it's about the action itself.
Sure he will probably won't win. But him even trying shows others that yes you can stand up and say no to the people who most wouldn't even dare stand up to.
Him, Texas trying to pass the constitution is the only carry permit you need, the police chief in Michigan considering running for governor that said the BLM activists weren't welcome in Detroit, even Jenner saying people should play sports with their own born gender are all people standing up to what most in the country bow down to.
The action is what counts here because it's time more people took action for the sake of doing something instead of just cowtailing all the time and be quiet like they are told to.
This pointless, frivolous and baseless lawsuit isn’t doing something. It’s little more than virtue signaling. It’s theatre. It’s the act simply to gain attention without any actual benefits and waste everyone’s time probably some of the governments money litigating it. The courts will politely (or not so politely) explain to his lawyers that their legal case is completely meritless but none of you will ever see that because you don’t actually care.
Tilting at windmills isn’t “doing something” to me.
