I say the GOP takes Biden off all ballots possible to force the SCOTUS to step in and stop the practice altogether.

But I would be all for Florida, Ohio, Texas, etc just getting random Conservative judges/officials to “feel” that Biden shouldn’t be allowed to be voted for. That’s the standard, let’s all follow it
