The senate will be close. It could go either way.

The house, the Dems pick up seats, but not enough to take it back. Still, that's good. The GOP side is fractured, with Tea Party vs. mainstream. It will only take a few Republicans to join with Democrats to pass things like funding bills.

I could not agree more. It would still take 60 votes before a Supreme Court Justice, could be confirmed, and in the long run, that is all that really matters.
