I somewhat agree, but do not see him tethered to her if he does. It is a tough job and hard on the office holders. It aged the crap out of Bill Clinton and Obama, but aside from the sudden silver gray, they seem to have had it to spare. Not the same with Joe. Biden will "retire" before his term ends so that his legacy will be appointing Black Women to positions of power. Kamala will then be able to run as the First Black Female Presidential Candidate.
