Even Crazy uncle Joe said today that Hope and Change didn't happen. So he's hinting at running in 2016.

Like every president, he goes where he can do the most good for the party. Every election there are some who don't want to be seen with the president, regardless of party. Undoubtedly there were some Republicans that didn't want to be seen with Dubya in '04. Absolutely none in '08!
