Or if somebody claims his religion says that his home is his house of worship (church), and thus exempt from property tax.

not really, he can have that belief. But as SCOtUS said the Govt can still ban themThat's double edged sword. It allows a David Koresh to claim that machine guns are a tenet of his religion, and thus protected from government action.
Move to Russia now.
Nope. Only state-approved churches get the break. And then only if they stay out of politics.Or if somebody claims his religion says that his home is his house of worship (church), and thus exempt from property tax.
Are you saying bad employees shouldn't be fired?For-Cause criteria for unemployment compensation in an at-will employment State creates poverty.
Good Gaea, you're gullible. You're a liar. The QOP cheats with every breath it takes. Voter suppression, anti-Constitutional obstructionism in Congress, constant lying to their uneducated gullible dimwitted dumbshit base (= you), collusion with the Russian enemy, collusion with corporate neo-feudalists, and treasonous words, behavior and actions.
Move to Russia now.
And then his employees are unemployed, making no money instead of some.If an employer cannot remain in business without paying Spartan wages, he deserves to go out of business
Unions are money-making schemes for the Democratic Party. Democrats don't give a shit about workers.Who are unions to demand such special treatment?
Should employers be required to act as agents to collect for utility companies, mortgage holders and shylocks that their employers might owe money to as well?
You are asking a lot from employers.
You show complete ignorance in economics.
When there is a labor shortage, the employee has the advantage over the employer. Able to demand higher wages, more benefits, and additional compensations.
When there is an excess in employment, that's when people would join unions, since that's when the employer has the advantage over the employee, and can demand lower wages, fewer benefits, and lay off employees at will.
I am saying "bad" employees would have probably quit before being fired if there were equal protection of the laws for unemployment compensation. Employers could be saving a lot of money through less litigation with equal protection of the laws for unemployment compensation in any at-will employment State. Are you saying bad employees shouldn't be fired?
Employers could be saving a lot of money through less litigation
Less litigation from wrongful termination suits. How is spending money on bum checks going to save employers money?
Less litigation from wrongful termination suits.
It is more cost effective than our over a generation long, alleged war on poverty. Why would they need to spend any money on litigation, you're clearly unqualified.
Sending you weekly bum checks isn't cheaper than not hiring you.
It is more cost effective than our over a generation long, alleged war on poverty.
That is just You begging the question. Full employment of capital resources is the opposite of sloth. No, subsidizing sloth is never cost effective.
That is just You begging the question. Full employment of capital resources is the opposite of sloth.
Proof, right-wingers are just plain political Parrots in natural rights threads and are clueless and Causeless regarding the whole and entire concept of economics.Paying out bum checks isn't "full employment of capital resources".
Bums aren't a resource.
You know that doesn't make any sense at all, right?I am saying "bad" employees would have probably quit before being fired if there were equal protection of the laws for unemployment compensation. Employers could be saving a lot of money through less litigation with equal protection of the laws for unemployment compensation in any at-will employment State.
No. I only know you don't have a valid argument to substantiate your currently unsubstantiated, right-wing Opinion. You know that doesn't make any sense at all, right?
