Democrats Ready To Run On Health Care In 2018: 'Blame Republicans!'

No they didn't, and I won't allow you to incorrectly post your nonsense. To do away with obammycare, the Senate needs 60 votes. the republicans only had 52. that is short of the needed number to pass any changes. Please for god sake get the fking facts straight.
They didn't have a plan.

What was the plan that they couldn't pass, specifically?

What was the plan we were hearing about for eight years, specifically?
.
they had one, but needed 8 Democrats to vote and the discussions on the floor showed no democrat would pull the plug on obammycare. None of them. Totally a demophobic blowout. Pure and simple.
Okay, what was it?

Do you have a link to it?
.
why, no reason to rehash a failed opportunity. It will come up again after the new members are in.

You're a fucking joke, first you won't allow his post and then you have no link to a non existent plan you say they had. Get out of here and go back to your sad little life.
takes 60 votes sweetheart. tell me which democrats would vote for repeal. I'll wait.

Neither party has much to crow about regarding health care.

But regarding the Republicans, they told us for eight years that they had a better way. "Just elect us," they said, "and we'll fix it."

Those of us who asked for details were mocked.

Well, as it turns out, the Republicans were lying. So yeah, that will be a soft spot for them going forward.

BTW, you are right, the republicans had absolutely no plan that one democrat would vote for. thanks.

Who says they needed a plan?

A bunch of Progressive / Communist / Socialist assholes.

This has always been in the public domain.
The minute the Federal Government started sticking their collective noses into health care they screwed it up beyond recognition, but this is historically what the federal government does. Take something simple and make it complicated and unaffordable.

The repubs tried different tactics, but the GOP had issues with the language of the other method to use 51 votes. They could have called for the Nuclear option, which is what they should have done. but I believe they are fearful of future senates that might bite them later.
They told us for eight (8) years that they had a better plan. When they won, they didn't, so they start fumbling around trying to come up with something. After the fact. After they told us they had a plan.

They lied to us for those years. I wasn't wrong.
.
dude, I'll tell you again, anything they wanted to do took 60 fking votes. they only had 52. now explain how they were going to pass it.
I'll tell you again: They never had a plan. It was all a lie. It doesn't matter if they can't put it to a vote. You can't put "nothing" to a vote. When Trump won, THAT'S when they tried to put something together. They were lying that they had a plan.

It does not take 60 votes to repeal ObamaCare. It only takes 50.

Nice try.

The simple fact is that if Trump actually had a plan that would lower costs to "a tiny fraction", it would pass unanimously.

The simple fact is that Trump has not presented such a plan because he never had one.

The simple fact is that Trump hoaxed you. Bigly.

The simple fact is that you are blaming Democrats for Trump lying about having a plan, and that is beyond stupid.

HUCKSTER: If you give me fifty bucks, I will give you a pot of gold.

RUBE: Here's fifty bucks.

HUCKSTER: Look over there! It's George Soros! He took the pot of gold!

RUBE: Damn you Soros!

HUCKSTER: Another promise kept!

Trump is too busy golfing to work for you, rubes. Sorry.

"I will be too busy working for you to go golf. Bleev me...Bleev me...Bleev me..."

The simple fact is that you are blaming Democrats for Trump lying about having a plan, and that is beyond stupid.

While Trump may have not had a solution, remember who created this problem in the first place, and it wasn't the Republicans.

Health care costs have been rising for DECADES.

You're right. The Republicans did NOTHING about it. They didnt' give two shits about more and more American people being priced out of health care.

The Democrats have always telegraphed exactly what they would do if given half a chance. Socialized medicine has been their agenda for a long time.

Sooner or later, when faced with a choice between NOTHING and Plan A, the voters will choose Plan A even if it sucks donkey balls.

The GOP took advantage of their rube herd. They campaigned for seven years on repeal and replace, deliberately lying to their fat-faced constituents the entire time.

And the rubes STILL haven't figured it out!

Trump just carried the big fat hoax over the goal line, and now, instead of blaming themselves for being so fucking stupid, they point their stubby fingers where Trump tells them to, and that is fucking hilarious.

Willful blindness and stupidity.

You've been listening to CNN too much.

Point being the only reason this is an issue at all is because the Democrat controlled media created the issue.

First Democrats screwed up health care by instituting ridiculous regulations, then they said "Hey...... Look How Fucked Up Our Health care is!!!".

Doubtful. Why did they lie about having a plan? Just to get votes?

When I asked about a plan here, Republicans just laughed and said "you'll see".

Looks like they bought it.

If Trump had a plan that would "give you health care at a tiny fraction of the cost", it would pass unanimously.

Trump had neither the intention nor the ability to fulfill that promise.

He hoaxed the rubes. Bigly.

Stop trying to let the huckster off the hook. He said he had a plan. He was lying. He should be lynched, not excused!

Every day that has passed since "Day One" of Trump's administration is a day that health care costs have continued to rise. And that is ALL on Trump.

There is no excuse for his massive hoax. None. People are paying a stiff price for that gigantic lie.

Seven years.

Seven years the GOP passed repeals in the House. Seven years, you dumb rubes cheered each time. High fived each other like a bunch of saps.

Seven years.

Then, when the GOP took control of Congress and the White House, suddenly the bills to repeal ObamaCare vanished. To this day since Trump's election, not one repeal bill has come up for a vote.

Not. One.

How is it possible you fucking rubes are so stupid you have not yet caught on you were hoaxed all this time? How is this possible?

As far as I was concerned, anything is better than Commie Care. I think if I were Trump, I would have only given tax cuts to the businesses that provided coverage for their employees. That could have reversed some of Hussein's damage. Maybe an additional tax cuts to small businesses which were the most known for dropping coverage when Commie Care started.

One of the reasons our insurance is unaffordable is because of government. They only pay about 2/3 of the bill for their patients, then doctors and hospitals have to raise their prices to cover the loss. So Trump should have passed a law that all bills for government patients have to be paid in full to the provider. That would have forced them to increase employee and employer contributions to Medicare, and maybe some of those people would have brought up getting rid of Medicare. Same with Medicaid. All bills have to be paid in full. Maybe then the public wouldn't support that program and we could get rid of it.

Those tax cuts already exist. They have been there for decades.

Your "solution" is actually a big part of the problem. Employer sponsored health care is one of the main drivers of rising health care costs.
