I don't see the problem being Kamala in and of herself. She had to organize a complete campaign in three months and she made Trump work for it.

I do question if this country is too misogynistic to elect a woman president. I used to think Hillary's defeat was largely because of her personality and baggage, but now I'm not so sure.

If I remember correctly it was over five hundred million with commitments for the rest, the donors were withholding the rest to force him out. If the debate hadn’t been such a disaster they wouldn’t have withheld it.

I strongly doubt that all these young people are just pretending to be progressive and are secretly not voting at all. It seems highly counterintuitive that someone would attend a protest, but not go out and vote. And, of course it goes without saying that older people who more often than not vote Republican are dying out. I'm telling you, the ship you are on is sinking. It is very much in your best interest to begin preparing your exit from it.

I think the point you are missing is that most kids are more progressive because they lack experience. People become more conservative with age. With age comes wisdom. Some will still remain progressive because their starting point was much further left(or they never grew up at all), but some will become conservative as they get into the real world and start paying bills and having families. There are many things that look good on paper, but when put into practice, they simply don’t work.

Most economists have been calling for a recession for the last few years. It will happen at some point for certain, but Trump may be able to delay it. The stock market is UBER inflated and will have a downturn at some point. I am sure Democrats will do everything in their power to cause a downturn in the next 4 years so they can act as if they are saviors and swoop down to save the country in 2028. Poor, dumb people, you know, a large portion of the Democratic voting demographic will gleefully accept whatever they are told. Maybe you can run Gavin Newsome and the country can end up being like CA. The problem is, unlike CA now, there won’t be anywhere left for people to run.
