Not a thing. Their entire focus was impeaching the president. Well, they did that and it didn't make a difference at all. Problem was, there was no crime involved.

Same with Clinton....Yes, perjury is a crime yet there was no other substantial charge of a crime to impeach him and the senate didn't convict just like Trump so it was both a half assed attempt to get rid of a president.

I'll give Democrats credit for sticking together. I remember about a year ago when Democrats had a campaign to come off as being smart. They all decided to call Trump an existential threat to our country. It took 20 speech therapists 2 months to teach all those monkey see monkey doers how to say that word. The Senate could vote to Impeach and bring down a sitting president just on one crime...that of perjury.
It was close, but he won the Senate battle. Trump did not have any crime so it was not possible for him to be recalled from his presidency.
