U.S. — Hours after the brutal assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, Democrats rushed to forcefully condemn all the violence they incited.

Elected representatives on the Left urged the nation to turn down the temperature before all the hatred and violence they had been encouraging for the last several years got out of hand.

"I unequivocally condemn all violent attacks against evil Nazi transphobes who are an existential threat to democracy and who must be eliminated at all costs," said Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to reporters. "Charlie Kirk was an evil, violent fascist who loved genocide and wants trans kids to die, but that doesn't mean we should shoot him or anything."

Democratic leaders were unanimous in their condemnation of the violence.

"The political violence wrought by the psychopathic bloodlust we've whipped up among our followers has no place in this country," agreed representative Ilhan Omar. "We urge Democrats to refrain from attacking monsters like Charlie Kirk, Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, JK Rowling, or any other subhuman bigoted waste of oxygen."

"Now is a time for healing and civility."

At publishing time, Democrats published a list of prominent conservative leaders they promised to condemn violence against if violence were ever committed against them.

Why did JD Vance do it in 2016? In the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election, JD Vance was a bitter critic of Donald Trump.
Publicly, he called the Republican businessman an "idiot" and said he was "reprehensible." Privately, he compared him to Adolf Hitler.

When his Hitler comment was first reported, in 2022, a spokesperson did not dispute it, but said it no longer represented Vance's views.

Two of the radio and television shows that I was on yesterday were hosted by liberals. In each case, they asked what I thought we can do to reduce political violence. For starters, I said, you can stop calling everyone you disagree with Adolf Hitler. They didn’t seem to think that was a good idea.
Which raises the question: Why do liberal politicians, talking heads and social media influencers relentlessly liken Donald Trump to Hitler? In every relevant way, Trump is the exact opposite of Hitler. Hitler invaded Poland, France, Belgium, Russia, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Yugoslavia, Greece, and no doubt a couple more that don’t come to mind. Trump has invaded no one. Hitler murdered six million Jews; Trump is the best friend Israel has ever had in the White House, and has Jewish grandchildren. Hitler raised taxes and greatly expanded the powers of government. Trump has cut taxes and tried to reduce the scope of government. Trump is literally the anti-Hitler.
So are liberals so stupid that they don’t understand how illiterate their Trump/Hitler equivalence is? I don’t think so. I think they are trying to get him killed.

Same with Charlie Kirk. He has been ritually denounced as a “Nazi” thousands of times, day after day, for years, by influential Democrats. Why? Kirk was the exact opposite of a Nazi. I don’t think Democrats have so characterized Charlie by accident, or out of ignorance. I think they were deliberately trying to get him killed. And now they have succeeded.

Well constructed reasoning to condemn the rhetoric of the Marxist Socialist Left.
Democrat Socialists of America may be losing the argument, but they know what works. Comparing Trump and his voters to Hitler and Nazis might not win the argument, but it still gets the results they want. Noting that Kamala Harris did get a lot of votes.
Never forget Godwin's law:
The longer an internet discussion goes on, the probability that one side will accuse the other of Hitlerism or Nazism approaches, at which point the party making the accusation has lost the argument.
The left's celebration as seen on biased media of the assassination of Charlie Kirk for the high crime of free speech has exposed their plan for America.
Killing someone simply over speech is now totally acceptable to "protect their idea of Democratic Socialism".
They need to bring down the US so they can rebuild it in their image which means more government control and less freedom and liberty. They can't effectively control too much freedom and liberty so they must take over and reduce it as much as they can.
