So the Dems want to fund ICE unless they do their job. If their hands would not have been tied for so long, the current problem would not even exist. I read somewhere a quote by Sen. John Kennedy (R) LA. He suggested the republicans stop funding under this bill for ICE and after the gov't is reopened. Reintroduce the funding legislation for ICE when the threshold for passing would be simple majority. Sounds reasonable to me.
