The democrats hate election deniers when they aren't democrats...you know...like hilary, al gore, and now this guy who is likely going to replace pelosi...

Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) appears to be the front-runner to replace Rep. Nancy Pelosi (R-CA) as House Democrat leader, even though he is an election denier.

As a lawyer from central Brooklyn, Jeffries is a self-described far-left Democrat who appears to be angling behind the scenes to win the Democrat House leadership position. He first assumed office in 2013 and has served as the chair of the House Democrat Caucus since 2019.
Jeffries’ presumable succession is notable because Democrats and the establishment have continually labeled some Republican politicians as election deniers. The same standard does not appear to be applied to Jeffries.

Jeffries has denied the outcomes of the 2016 election. In 2020, Jeffries tweeted that former President Donald Trump “will never” be accepted “as a legitimate President.”

Who says Jeffries is the front runner?

There is a House minority leader and a House minority whip in front of him to become leader.

The Speaker was Nancy Pelosi. She's now bumped down to Minority Leader.

The House Majority Leader was Steny H. Hoyer. He's now bumped down to Minority Whip.

The House Majority Whip was James Clyburn. I don't know what will happen to him but he may bump Jeffries.

Trump lost the popular vote in every election he ever participated in. Trump did have the presidency for one term, but the presidency with less than the popular vote doesn't make him equal to the presidents that did receive the popular vote.

Breitbart is about as reliable a source as my ass.

You should learn how succession works.

Try to get educated on how Presidents are elected in the US, Dumbass.

Hoyer already said No Mas.....They are giving the booby prize to the black dude. :laughing0301:
Clyburn would rightfully be next in line after Hoyer. He's also a black dude.

If Clyburn steps aside, then Jeffries would be next.

You should follow your own advice.
"Replace Nancy as leader of house Democrats"
Top donkey
Leader of dems, in this case the minority.

I don't think you are as sharp as you want to be.
But you may be the top jackass....

I am not a Trump supporter but Trump lost the popular vote by 3 million. He lost California by 4 million. So excluding one state he even won the popular vote.

Remember that next time the party wants to nominate someone as unpopular as Hillary.

The difference being that he did not call-for not participate in an assault on the US Congress when certifying the 2016 presidential election.

Yes, and if you don't count the last three hands, I came out the winner of that last poker game.

Nancy Pelosi is 82 and does not want it. Not a matter of stepping aside for anybody. They have selected minority leader by secret ballot every two years since about 1899. Hoyer has said he doesn't want it and why should he. He's 83 and about done. Clyburn is 82, not the most energetic age, by any means. Jeffries is like 52. It is probably time some on both sides of the fence started passing their torches.

But you lost 2016. Refuse to learn from it. Whatever. That's how elections work. You don't win by winning big in one state.
