You still wonder why there was pent up rage? This has been brewing for a long time, at least 4-years. Capitol cops murdered an unarmed 14 year woman vet because she climbed into a window. Unlike during the BLM/Antifa riots, no cops were shot. Outside of her murder it’s hard for me to get too exercised about this when no one on the left got exercised about antifa/BLM. In fact, they asked for violence, repeatedly, and justified it?!

You still wonder why there was pent up rage? This has been brewing for a long time, at least 4-years. Capitol cops murdered an unarmed 14 year woman vet because she climbed into a window. Unlike during the BLM/Antifa riots, no cops were shot. Outside of her murder it’s hard for me to get too exercised about this when no one on the left got exercised about antifa/BLM. In fact, they asked for violence, repeatedly, and justified it?!
I do not accept a “double standard”, rioting is ALWAYS WRONG, no matter who riots, period.

Did any of those protests storm the US Capitol trying to interrupt a Constitutional process with the intent on overturning the

You can bring the social justice protests up all you want. Yes some of them devolved into destruction and violence. And no one justified that. They remained focused on the reasons for the protests.
But NONE of these protests were insurrections.

1. No 2020/2021 riots were formed to overthrow the US government, one protested the police, the other an election.
2. The DC protest of about 100,000 people had a small faction storm the US Capital, to stop what they saw as an illegitimate election
3. They saw the election as full of voter fraud, which the government refuses to investigate and report on. Only "nothing to see here rhetoric".
4. I showed you the more violent antifa riots and you still put up your bullshit "alternate facts", like "Baghdad Bob" Velshi with the fire burning in the background.
5. Neither protest/riot was an "insurrection". If the DC "riot" was an insurrection they would have carried guns instead of flags.
6. You skipped over the last 4-years of mistreatment Trump got at the hands of the democrats?! Here's a little reminder:
