Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz (R) Seek to Cancel MLB By Introducing Legislation

How is MLB considered to be a monopoly?

Monopoly, "the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service."

Players are free to sign contracts with the Japanese Baseball League, the Italian Baseball League and many others:
"In 1922, the Supreme Court handed down a decision that effectively granted Major League Baseball a legal monopoly over professional baseball in the United States — a situation that persists to this day."

Japan, Italy and any other nation playing professional baseball have strict limits on signing
foreign talent to contracts. You can't just show up in Japan and expect to get a contract.

Your knowledge of baseball is stunning, in it's lack of understanding.
By the way, the issue of professional baseball's monopolistic standing was fully covered way back
in the very first post in this thread and freely admitted to.
Way to keep up.
