Some Democrats will rage against the party establishment: the neocon war-mongers and corrupt plutocrats.

Other Democrats are furious with the radicals: activists from the black, Latino, Native American, and Muslim communities.

The two groups are already at each other’s throats, blaming each other for the debacle.

How can you have a party that includes Chuck Schumer and Ilhan Omar? It’s ridiculous.

We know why Trump won. He, being the expert con man that he is, convinced you that the underpinning of our economy, namely neoliberalism can produce a new Golden Age for ordinary people. Since neoliberalism was introduced as our economic model by Ronald Reagan it has only produced the decline of the middle class and left poor people in the dust. Cause that's what it's designed to do. Wealth has not trickled down on the great unwashed and it never will.

The difference was the economy. People don’t like inflation. They blamed Dems.

There’s other issues too, but if inflation hadn’t been so pronounced, they probably would have done far better.

Governments don't usually control prices in a free market economy, you're thinking of a controlled economy also called "communism". For that reason voting for Trump was pointless because he's not a communist.

Of course there are tariffs and if he slaps those all over the place then prices for consumers will rise, in other words Trump has already told everyone he's willing to increase inflation so why did you vote for that?

I watched a clip of Joe Scarborough on MSNBC talking with Al Sharpton, blaming democrats themselves for being misogynistic racists for not going out to vote for a black woman. I don't really think MSNBC does well enough in the ratings they can afford to berate the few viewers they have. But it was fun to watch.
