Which is one of the biggest reasons why Trump won. While millions of Americans can't afford to live anymore, Democrats kept on repeatedly telling them that the economy is just fine. Tone deaf.

Yes, they keep on saying that but democrat's policy is actually trickle up and under their policies the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. In fact, in the deep dark blue states where government has almost total control, they have the highest wealth inequality, the highest income inequality, the most homelessnesss, and the most social injustice.
