US Military does not have a role in occupying our cities in peacetime and has no training on police actions. Orders on use of force and arrest are a risk of illegal actions

US Military has never had a mission to sink civilian craft in peacetime in international waters. There is a great risk of attacking innocent craft

Trump is treading where no other President has gone before. Troops need to be reminded of regulations on obeying unlawful orders.
