When members of the military are told by their military superiors EXACTLY what those Democrats said, should the military member report that superior for sedition?

Every year when I was active-duty we received training on the UCMJ.
Every one of these former military members knows that.
There is absolutely no reason for them to make that video other than the following reasons:

1. To sow unrest or insubordination in the military
2. To to undermine the orders of the POTUS
3. To give civilians the false impression that Trump is giving illegal orders
4. To incite someone in the military or incite civilians to commit acts of violence
