Delta objects to new Georgia Law. Can you say “Fascism”?

The real question is, "When will we stop calling everything fascism?"

Last guy had cabinet meets to swear loyalty. This guy runs a free market which is making making capitalist choices. It’s capitalism and democracy which righties hate. They want the middle eastern model of a theocracy.. just with Jesus not Muhammad.

Georgia has strict voter registration requirements. The new law is transparent .. Its designed to keep the elderly and minorities from voting. Georgia Republicans should be embarrassed... Citizens should speak up.. The voting law is sleazy and unAmerican.

Bull!

Georgia extended early voting by five days.

But ya know, that's racist of something.

Meanwhile, another 4 major Georgia companies have announced their objections to the new Georgia voting law.

What is racist about the law?

This is a lot like Fascism...the Govt (Xiden) lies, the media (propagandist" repeat the law, and now privat companies are doing the bidding and will of the State so they can exist.

Nobody seems to know why though, or point to the Jim Eagleness of the GA law that expands voting rights.

I don't think you understand how capitalism works.
sure i do and i know how fascism works

That isn't apparent from your post.

Probably around the same time people stop referring to others as “Nazis”...

ATLANTA — Major League Baseball has announced that the All-Star game and MLB Draft is being pulled out of Atlanta.

“Over the last week, we have engaged in thoughtful conversations with Clubs, former and current players, the Players Association, and The Players Alliance, among others, to listen to their views. I have decided that the best way to demonstrate our values as a sport is by relocating this year’s All-Star Game and MLB Draft,” MLB commissioner Robert D. Manfred, Jr. said in a statement.

The new law makes ballot drop boxes an official part of Georgia election law and replaces signature matches on absentee ballots with a voter ID.

Funny how Corporations are now weighing in on laws, and now making political statements.

Civil rights groups have filed lawsuits against the state of Georgia, saying it was an example of “blatant racism, represents politics at its very worst and is clearly illegal.” On Wednesday, 72 black executives signed an open letter calling for American corporations to join the resistance.

To “join the resistance”? Is that like an insurrection? The recently voted in legislature made the law. What happened to respecting the election and its outcome?

Coca-Cola also came out to make their political statement on the subject.

What’s next? Firing employees that voted the wrong way?

Fascism is here.

When have corporations not been involved?

Try to be honest for once.
When have they involved themselves with commenting on laws that have zero to do with the business that they're in?

Try to be honest, for once.

Always, just not publicly, they hire lobbyist to appeal to politicians.
Yeah....Companies pay gazillions to lobbyists to pester politicians about issues that have nothing at all to do with their business operations....Suuuuuuuurrrre.

The people that work at Delta, Aflac, CocaCola are aware of the voter suppression intent of this new voter law and they also know the requirements for voter registration in Georgia.. This ploy is very, very obvious on its face.
Oh, bullshit....They couldn't care less.

They're virtue signalling for the free press, and sappy rubes like you sop it up like a kitten at a saucer of cream.

The Airline industry has gotten 40 Billion in Covid stimulus money. They want to be able to select who serves in Congress or the Senate.

Why does that change the issue?

Lots of seniors can't stand in line for hours regardless of color.. Some have canes, walkers and wheelchairs. Pregnant women also have difficulty standing in line for 4-6 hours. Poor Americans of any color may also have transportation issues.

Do you want to prevent them from voting?
Get an absentee ballot to vote.

I have for over a decade, The GOP opposes mail in ballots too.
Mass mail in where ballots are mailed to out when nobody requested the ballot is ripe for fraud. It has never happened before until this last fake election. You do realize that absentee ballots are mailed in? The difference is that you as a registered voter must request the ballot.

There is no evidence of that. Some states run their elections entirely by mail and have experienced no nassive cases of fraud. Nost states sent out absentee ballot requests.

Screw em, have Delta stop making flights to Georgia.
It would be hard to do because it's a hub.....but not impossible.

Corporations are petrified of the woke cancel culture crowd. Even though that crowd doesn’t spend enough to enhance the shareholder value.

Delta is relying on what they were told the Georgia law is when the law doesn't even exist!
