"The Jews" did not instigate the revolt against the Kaiser. The Kaiser was unpopular after World War I. "The Jews" did not take advantage of economic chaos. On the average they were less affected than other Germans because they were more intelligent. One does not get rich by exploiting and taking advantage of people. One gets rich by doing something very well that others are willing to pay for.
The Jews never stole anything from the Palestinians. First they bought land from Turkish landlords. The landlords evicted landless Palestinian farm laborers and sold the land to the Jews because the Jews compensated them well for it. The Jewish Kibbutz were more productive than the earlier farms.
When the Palestinians attacked the Jews, the Jews fought back and conquered more land. The process went like this:
