How much money are we paying to the oiligarchs as a result of Trump’s war on Iran? You’ll not be surprised to learn that it’s a LOT. According to the Guardian:

“The world’s top 100 oil and gas companies banked more than $30m every hour in unearned profit in the first month of the US-Israeli war in Iran, according to exclusive analysis for the Guardian. Saudi Aramco, Gazprom and ExxonMobil are among the biggest beneficiaries of the bonanza…”

Of course, the oil industry is not the only hog with its snout and hooves in our pockets. The defense industry is set to make billions as well.

Given these facts, WHY DID TRUMP START THE IRAN WAR?

• Was he stupid enough to listen to netanyahoo?
• No. Was he trying to help israel?
• No. He doesn’t give a damn about anybody but himself.
• Did he think that it would help repubs win the midterms?
• No. He doesn’t give a damn about anybody but himself.
• Was he trying to prevent Iran from making nukes?
• No. Trump ‘obliterated’ the nukes in 2025, and besides, even if Iran could make nukes, it would take years, and trump can only think two weeks ahead.

No to all of these reasons. Have no doubt, trump is getting a cut of the oil profits. Don’t expect this war to end any time soon.
