You didn't answer my question. You said the Koch brothers were "getting 1.5 billion dollars". Who is giving the Koch brothers the money? You won't answer it. They're not getting anything because the money is theirs to begin with. In your jaundiced mind all money belongs to the government. The truth is all the money belongs to the people, and it is taken by the Federal government in the form of taxes. A tax cut is simply allowing the people to keep more of THEIR money.
