So now Mr. Hill is not only a "thug" but a "racist"? You base that on what, Ed? Some racist statement he made? Maybe he was wearing a hooded sheet and burning a cross on the lawn of the polling place? I KNOW that you wouldn't accuse someone of being a racist or a thug simply on the basis of their skin color! Nobody could be that ignorant, right Ed? I KNOW that you've got some proof that Hill was a racist or you wouldn't make such a spurious charge. I suppose you're accusing Barton Bull of being a racist thug as well? The founder of the Village Voice? Do you have any idea how stupid you look trying to make that assertion hold up?
Then you accuse Hill of harassing voters? What voters pray tell, did Mr. Hill take pictures of? He took pictures of Mr. Shabazz and his friend in their little Halloween get ups. He didn't take pictures of anyone else who was trying to vote. He didn't "intimidate" anyone else. That's a charge you're making with absolutely nothing to back it up except your desire to make Hill the bad guy instead of admitting that what Mr. Shabazz did that day was illegal.
So you claim that Shabazz was there to "protect" minorities from GOP racists looking to cause trouble? Do you have a single example of ANYONE harassing minority voters at that polling place? You first state that Hill shouldn't have been there because it was a black neighborhood but then you want to claim that this overwhelmingly black neighborhood needs to be protected from a white guy with a camera phone? Gee, Ed...I used to live in some bad ass areas of Boston...I don't remember the minority folks needing protection from white guys with cell phones. Usually it was the white guy with the cell phone who needed protection. I guess inner city Philly blacks are a bunch of candy asses though...right? "Help me...oh my god...help me! There's a white man with a camera phone! Help me...won't somebody help me?" (eye-roll)
Our first amendment rights do not include carrying a nightstick, Ed. Trying to claim that this was a first amendment thing is ALMOST as stupid as your claim that Shabazz's nightstick was the same as a cane or that he was there to protect blacks from rampaging GOP thugs in from the suburbs to kick some inner city ass.
Of course Hill is a racist! Why else was he causing trouble at a black polling place? Why else does he believe he has the right to harass a black voter OUTSIDE the polling place. Unlike GOP thug and racist Hill, both panthers are registered voters in that district!!!
And talk about the CON$ervative dumb act, YOU posted a video of GOP thug and racist Hill harassing two black voters for wearing clothes that he doesn't like!!!
A stick or baton is not illegal in Pennsylvania, and the first amendment protects the right to wear a panther uniform, as you well know. A stick is not a blackjack! Shabazz was not arrested for carrying a weapon or wearing cloths racists hate. He was not arrested at all. He was asked to leave the area and he chose to do so. He was not charged with a crime. So he was not harassed for committing a crime, he was harassed by GOP racists for being openly and proudly BLACK in a public place.
And there was no one named Barton BULLshit, or even Bartle BULLshit, the former editor of the Village Voice, at the polling place and BULLshit was not a registered poll watcher in Pennsylvania. This is just more of YOUR bullshit.
