Yeah, that's a possibility. I don't know if the attorney would pursue it for very long on a contingency that might never occur and if it did, the costs would be greater than anything recovered. I mean, what could the award be for the potential earning capacity of a mentally deranged criminal? As far as assets go, Penny doesn't have any.
