It was never to be a law. Obama and those fools had created it for one thing only. And that it is to bring in drugs. They had to give the drug smugglers easy access crossing the borders. I believes that some drug smugglers were complaining that they doesn't has that much time with their children, and some of the other cartels are angry with them for not smuggling in their products, that they threatened to kidnap their children while they are gone. And so Obama had told them to bring their children over here so that we can watched them, while they are traveling across the borders.
