You forgot to mention that she filed a report to the NYPD. They interviewed both of them and didn't even find reasonable suspicion to pursue the matter. He likely provided text messages of them talking after the date of the alleged crime that showed that they were still on friendly terms. So, I'm not sure what it is that has you believing that the guy is guilty. BTW, I do find it so hilarious when white people talk about other white people and bring up white privilege.
